Requesting Your NGP API Key

Please follow these instructions to integrate your NGP account with Pingdex.

You should be able to request and send over your NGP API Key from NGP. In most cases, we will need this in order to install and set up your Pingdex account. 

You can do this by:

1. Log in to NGP and search for the "API Integrations" section in the left bar.

2. Then click the Blue "Request API Key" on the right.

3. Choose Pingdex (Contribution Processing) or Pingdex in the Integration section, and select yourself in the "Request will be sent to" field.  (Or an account admin). 

4. Either you or your account admin will need to approve this request. Once approved, click the "Generate API Key" button.

5. Grab the API key and send that to us, using this service to securely send the key to your Pingdex: https://ots.actionkit.com/.
