Pingdex Contact Verification

Introduction:

Pingdex has launched Contact Verification, a new feature enhancing the reliability of phone-based outreach and call time. This feature assigns a grade (A-F) to each phone number entered, assessing its validity and connection to the contact.  

Pingdex has partnered with a data provider who services industries such as Loan Underwriting and Government to provide this information that is highly accurate.

This is a premium feature as a separate add-on and pricing.  Contact your Pingdex Rep for details.

Functionality Details:

• Real-Time Verification: Grades are displayed immediately upon entering a phone number and during the dialing process.  They are seen in the web and mobile apps as follows:

When enabled, Grades (A-F) will be displayed on the web in the main dashboard and the Pingdex Web Dialer and on mobile apps.

Grading System:

• Grade A:
  • Validity: Confirmed
  • Activity: Consistent in the last 12 months
  • Name Match: Yes
  • Implication: High reliability. The contact is verified as the person they claim to be.
• Grade B:
  • Validity: Confirmed
  • Activity: Not specified
  • Name Match: No (Possible family plan or unlisted)
  • Implication: Good lead, but with potential discrepancies in name data. Prioritize below Grade A.
• Grade C:
  • Validity: Confirmed
  • Activity: Inconsistent
  • Name Match: Yes
  • Type: Landline or Fixed VoIP
  • Implication: Challenging outreach, lower priority.
• Grade D:
  • Validity: Confirmed
  • Activity: Inconsistent
  • Name Match: No
  • Implication: Low priority, similar to Grade E.
• Grade F:
  • Validity: Invalid or Disconnected
  • Type: Non-fixed VoIP (e.g., Google Voice) or Toll-Free
  • Name Match: Not associated in Pingdex’s data provider database
  • Implication: Lowest priority, likely unproductive leads.
